By using PASHIRU, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

PASHIRU is a web tool for temporarily sharing text and URLs via a 6-digit code. Data is deleted after its expiry period or immediately after a one-time view.

The service may be changed, suspended, or terminated without notice.

3. Prohibited Uses

The following are prohibited.

· Sending or receiving illegal content
· Spam, mass sending, or excessive automated access
· Harassment or defamation
· Unauthorized access, crawling, or reverse engineering
· Distribution of malware or harmful code
· Copying, modifying, or redistributing the service code or systems without permission

4. Content Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the legality and content of what they send or receive. The operator is not responsible for user-submitted content.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as-is." We do not guarantee continuity, availability, accuracy, complete deletion, or protection from unauthorized access by third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the PASHIRU name, logo, design, and code belong to the operator. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial use is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with authority over the operator’s location.

8. Changes to Terms

The operator may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
